UDA requires all students to wear our school uniform. Beginning January of 2017, you will be able to order uniform supplies from our online store year-round, and items will be delivered to the school on the last day of every month. Until then, we have opened an online ordering session that will go until the end of November so you can plan for cold weather and get the items you need. This ordering session's delivery date will be Friday, Dec. 9, 2016. To begin your online order, please visit our online store HERE
. We do have donated UDA sweatshirts available, so please let us know if you need help obtaining a school sweatshirt.
The UDA Store at school does offer a small stock of the standard UDA t-shirt, which can be purchased for $10 by check or credit card before or after school. Uniform bottoms can be found at many retail stores throughout the school year.
The guidelines for the UDA uniform are as follows:
A UDA hoodie, sweater, or lined jacket is preferred. A UDA/Urban Sol shirt is still required to be worn underneath outerwear. *Plain light blue, orange, black, white, or charcoal hoodies, sweaters, or jackets (free of imprinted logos - plain/blank) are also permitted this year.
UDA T-shirts, Urban Sol T-shirts, or long sleeve UDA shirts are to be worn at all times. Worn out, not tucked-in.
Khaki or black trouser or skinny leg style twill pants, box pleat skirt/skort (mid-thigh), or walking style/Bermuda style short (mid-thigh). Navy blue bottoms are not permitted for the 2016-2017 school year and thereafter. *No gym shorts, jeans, short shorts, non-uniform style skirts, denim bottoms, or knit bottoms.
Close-toed shoes only. Colorful shoes encouraged. *No sandals, open-toed shoes, or heels over 1.5 inches.
Leggings and Socks:
Plain white or black leggings only may be worn under skirts/skorts. Black or white ankle-high or knee-high socks preferred. Colored ankle-high socks are permitted.
Free Dress/School Spirit Days:
Designated "Free Dress" or "School Spirit" days will be noted on the school calendar and/or will be communicated by the classroom teacher. Students are not required to wear the standard school uniform on these days. School-appropriate attire is still enforced on Free Dress/School Spirit days.
