Uniform Complaint Policy

Urban Discovery Schools takes all complaints seriously. At the May 2015 Regular Board Meeting, a comprehensive Uniform Complaint Policy and Form was adopted to ensure that there were a formal complaint and response process. Copies of those documents are located on this page. Translated versions of these documents are available upon request.

We understand that during our COVID-19 school site closure that not everyone has access to submit PDF documents. Therefore, we have established an online Uniform Complaint Form which can be accessed by clicking here.
