Mrs. Roma Alcos

Mrs. Roma Alcos is the Student Support Coordinator for Urban Discovery Schools, working with the Special Education team along with developing and implementing 504 Plans and the SST Program for T/K through 12th grade students. Mrs. Roma has been involved in Special Education since 2006 and has been with Urban Discovery Schools for more than five years. Currently a student herself, Mrs. Roma is working towards a degree in Child Development at SDSU with the ultimate goal of becoming an Education Specialist. Ms. Roma was born and raised in Carson, California and moved to San Diego with her family shortly after her son was born. Her free time consists of traveling, spending time with her jiu-jitsu family, making music, and going to Disneyland!
