About the School Advisory Council
The Urban Discovery Academy School Advisory Council serves as an advisory body to the Board of Trustees and provides recommendations in the following areas:

Make recommendations to the Local Control Accountability plans as it pertains to Supplemental, Concentration, and/or Title I-III funds;

Develop and make recommendations for effective programs and services to support students identified as being “high needs” by the State of California.

Ongoing evaluations of plans being implemented that serve within the scope of the Committee;

Other activities and objectives as recommended by the Council and approved by the Board of Trustee.
