Ms. Alexandra Brill

Ms. Brill is one of our Universal Transitional Kindergarten (UTK) teachers at Urban Discovery Academy. Since she was the age of her students, Ms. Brill loved school and knew she was destined to be a teacher. Ms. Brill pursued a degree in Elementary Education at the University of Oregon and then worked towards a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Denver. With many years of experience across multiple grade levels in elementary, Ms. Brill is most passionate about teaching TK. Beyond the classroom, Ms. Brill finds herself the happiest when in nature. Exploring trails, surfing, throwing pottery, basking in beach days, and sharing these moments with her two pups. In the classroom, her students thrive through student-led discovery, hands-on learning, and being a part of a rich classroom community. In Ms. Brill's class, the youngest learners at Urban Discovery Academy are immersed in a joyful and loving learning environment that fosters their curiosity about the world.
