The purpose of these meetings is to listen to your observations and recommendations about our schools. These meetings are designed as community forums for parents/guardians to provide their input. Faculty and staff will have separate meetings to provide their feedback and will not be at these meetings. Child care will be available to support families. Translations services are available upon request.
Information provided in the meetings supports our efforts in developing our Local Control Accountability Plan. Our Local Control Accountability Plan is a budgeting tool that supports near and long term planning for our schools. This includes looking at what programs, services, or targeted areas for improvement we will engage in.
The meeting format will be as follows: (a) welcoming and meeting parameters, (b) brief overview of organizational goals, (c) progress to date on goals and student learning, (d) open forum for families to provide feedback, and (e) closing of the meeting.
